Cancellation

The following conditions apply when cancelling:

• 7 or more days before the experience — full refund (100%)
• 72 hours to 7 days before the experience — 50% refund
• Less than 72 hours before the experience — no refund
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late (without prior arrangement) — the experience will not proceed and no refund will be issued

Changes

If you need to change the date or number of participants, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to find a suitable solution.
